HORIZONT 1400 is hot new item in Warmpeace collection. It´s perfect for polar regions, expeditions and very could and relatively dry places. Users in polar countries has usually problems with ice on outer side of sleeping bag, which is caused by frosty moisture, condensed there from body evaporation. Such ice is also like a breathing barier and body moisture stays unfortunatally inside the filling of sleeping bag and it damages the loft and insulation quality of sleeping bag.

To prevent this mistake, it needs to use very breathable fabric on sleeping bag and also to stop or absorb body moisture before it goes into the filling. By using very breathable fabric COLIBRI DWR with special woolen MERINO INLET gives new sleeping bag HORIZONT 1400 very good result in iced moisture protection. Merino wool, as nex layer to body, is able to absorb quite big amount of body moisture and because it´s black, it´s easy to dry it separately on sun even in deep frost day.

A special chapter of HORIZONT 1400 is unique white goose down filling with loft 900 cuin, which is the base of high insulation ability with quite low weight and volume.

EXPLORER 900 is lighter solution for winter condition and higher humidity. As his 300g heavier relative, EXPLORER 900 is designed for low temprerature and can be used in wet, without destroying of insulation function of the filling. Also here it´s not waterproofness, but high water repelency, connected with quite good breathability. Thanks to this features, down filling and also person inside the bag stays dry and warm. Because of good parameters of insulation value, which places this bag still to the category of winter and extreme bags, EXPLORER 900 is popular by interesting weight and volume and better costs.
