EXPLORER 1200 is traditionaly most extreme bag from all the Warmpeace sleeping bags. Extreme means in this case not only low temperature, but also humidity and moisture in place, where can be EXPLORER 1200 used. It´s not waterproof sleeping bag. Really not. But it´s high water repelent sleeping bag, which is not loosing much from breathability (thanks to outer fabric Colibri DRY). And breathing of the bag is one of the basic features for right function of sleeping bag.
As we know from messages from many users of this bag. EXPLORER 1200 where allready tested in all the high mountains worldwide and also on south and north pole of our planet. It´s too warm for any non-winter condition, but in frosty condition it´s safe tool of healthy surviving.

As his 300g heavier relative, EXPLORER 900 is designed for low temprerature and can be used in wet, without destroying of insulation function of the filling. Also here it´s not waterproofness, but high water repelency, connected with quite good breathability. Thanks to this features, down filling and also person inside the bag stays dry and warm. Because of good parameters of insulation value, which places this bag still to the category of winter and extreme bags, EXPLORER 900 is popular by interesting weight and volume and better costs.
